Four Sought in Alleged Mā‘alaea Jewelry Theft
The Maui Police Department is requesting the public’s help in identifying any of the four males depicted in the attached photographs.
Maui Crime Stoppers says these individuals are suspected of being involved in the theft of several pieces of jewelry on Saturday, Oct. 6, 2018 at approximately 4 p.m. from the UʻI MAKANA store in Māʻalaea and are valued in excess of $1000.
According to Maui Crime Stoppers, the males are all friends and may have been staying or dining nearby.
If anyone has information regarding the theft incident, they are asked to call the Maui Police Department at (808)244-6400 and refer to Police report #18-042093 or the Maui Crime Stoppers at (808) 242-6966.
Maui Crime Stoppers pays cash rewards in the sum up to $1000 for information leading to the arrest and indictment of people responsible for felony crimes; the recovery of stolen property or seizure of illegal drugs in felony cases or the capture of felony fugitives.
The public should consider all wanted person(s) dangerous. The public should not approach, follow or take other action that could put them in danger.
