GOTTLING Home Store Hosts Decadent Shopping Soiree
On Wednesday, Dec. 5, 2018, GOTTLING Home Store at The Shops at Wailea is hosting a Gold Rush inspired soiree from 5:00 p.m. to 9:00 p.m. Holiday shoppers can peruse interior furnishings, fine art, unique jewelry and home accessories while sipping on California champenoise sparkling wine and indulging in gold-dusted chocolate desserts.
A portion of sales from the event will be donated to Book Trust, an organization dedicated to providing local students the opportunity to select and own books of their choice and encouraging greater family engagement around literacy.
“We wanted to create a unique experience for holiday shoppers,” said Karl Gottling, owner of GOTTLING Home Store. “The gold rush concept came to me because I want to show my appreciation for customers in an elegant way. What’s more elegant than sipping wine and eating desserts dusted in real gold while shopping for that special gift?”
In the store windows, security officers will stand guard as shiny gold bars on display set the tone for the evening’s theme. Guests who purchase $500 or more at GOTTLING Home Store that evening will receive an authentic and certified 1g gold bar bullion. To complete the holiday experience, a live Jazz concert by Phil and Angela Benoit will take place in the luxury wing where GOTTLING is located, between 5:30 p.m. and 7:00 p.m.
The Gold Rush event is free and open to the public, 21 and older with a valid ID. GOTTLING Home Store is located on the upper level of the luxury wing of The Shops at Wailea, near lululemon. The Store is open daily from 9:00 a.m. and 9:00 p.m. For more information, call (808) 280-7979 or visit www.gottlinghomestore.com.
