AARP Hawaiʻi is partnering with Akakū Maui Community Media to offer basic literacy training on cell phones for residents 50+ on Thursday, Aug. 29, 2019.

Cost is $5 and space is limited.

Organizers say those who could benefit may be an older family member or co-worker just getting up to speed on a mobile phone.

Today’s smartphone is a small and powerful computer with tools that go far beyond making a simple telephone call.
