Work to Shut-Down Water in Pukalani, Makawao

On Friday, Maui Kupono Builders, LLC will be performing work on the county’s water system near the intersection of Makawao Avenue and Haleakalā Highway related to the Haleakalā Highway and Makawao Avenue Improvements.

All water customers in the Pukalani area will have their water shut-off from approximately 9 p.m. on Thursday to 4 a.m. on Friday.

Water customers in Makawao situated below Makawao Avenue between Haleakalā Highway Bypass and Old Haleakalā Highway will also have their water shut-off.

Affected water customers are encouraged to store water and adjust schedules as appropriate.

The county apologizes for any inconvenience that results from the shut-down.
