All other branches on O’ahu, except BOH’s Kalihi Branch, will remain temporarily closed until further notice. The Kalihi Branch was previously scheduled to permanently close on May 29, 2020. However, Bank of Hawaii has decided to close Kalihi Branch effective Wednesday, March 25. Kalihi Branch employees will be transferred to surrounding branch locations.
Bank of Hawaii will continue to assess branches and inform the public should additional branches close due a COVID-19-related incident or other unforeseen circumstances, such as insufficient staffing levels.
At this time, BOH’s Call Center operations remain open to assist customers and can be reached at (808) 643-3888. Should this change, the bank will notify customers. Bank of Hawaii encourages its customers to sign up for and use its digital banking services via its online, mobile and ATM channels.
For the safety of employees and customers, BOH has increased the frequency of cleanings as well as enhanced its social distancing practices, such as queuing customers six feet apart in transaction lines and/or outside of branches.
