The Department of Housing and Human Concerns’ Kaunoa Senior Services division is offering a variety of online classes via Zoom in May for seniors 55 years old and older. Signed waivers are required for exercise classes.
Classes include:
Stretching at 9 a.m. on Tuesdays
Yoga at 1:30 p.m. on Tuesdays
Interval Training at 9 a.m. on Wednesdays and Fridays
Weights and Bands at 11 a.m. on Wednesdays
Calligraphy at 1:30 p.m. on Wednesdays
Low-Impact Aerobics at 9 a.m. on Thursdays
Short Yang Tai Chi at 1:30 p.m. on Thursdays (experience required)
Zumba at 11 a.m. on Fridays
Sewing at 10 a.m. on Tuesday, May 4
Sakura (Cherry Blossoms) Craft Projects at 11 a.m. on Tuesday, May 4
Revocable Living Trusts at 11 a.m. on Thursday, May 6
Crochet at 10 a.m. on Tuesday, May 11
Introduction to Apple Watch at 10 a.m. on Tuesday, May 11 or May 18
Retiring with Resiliency at 11 a.m. on Thursday, May 13
Knock Out Gout at 11 a.m. on Thursday, May 20
