Water conservation request issued for Kīhei and Wailea until March 9, 2024

The Maui Department of Water Supply issued a water conservation request of the Kīhei and Wailea areas for a 24 hour period, until Saturday, March 9, 2024.
The conservation request is due to an 18-inch main line break in Kīhei. Residents and visitors are asked to conserve water for the next 24 hours to extend existing supply while repairs are conducted.
