BRIEF: Lahaina and Wailuku Pools Closing for Maintenance

In an effort to control black algae from blooming, County of Maui crews will temporarily close two pools for maintenance.

The Lahaina Pool will be closed all day on Saturday, December 17, and will reopen at noon on Sunday, December 18.

The Wailuku Pools will be closed all day on Monday and Tuesday, December 19 and 20, and reopen at 10 a.m. on Wednesday, December 21.

The County of Maui Parks and Recreation, Aquatics Division has a total of eight swimming pools on Maui and one on Molokai.
