The University of Hawaiʻi Maui College’s award-winning Culinary Arts Program presents its Fall 2026 series of five “Just for Fun,” hands-on cooking classes beginning Saturday, Sept. 26, 2026.

All classes are held on Saturdays from 9 a.m. to 1 p.m. in the Pā‘ina Building on the UHMC Kahului Campus. Cost of each class is $100 to $120 per person. The registration page provides a more in-depth description of the class as well as a list of what participants need to bring.

“Our non-credit classes are all about demystifying techniques,” said Chef Craig. “You don’t need years of culinary training to break down a fish, simmer a great broth, or turn out bakery-quality holiday pastries. Pastry Chef Hannah and I are excited to welcome home cooks into our labs this semester to build solid kitchen fundamentals and have a great time doing it.”
