Dream Resorts appoints Nikki Golden as Director of Experience

Dream Resorts, the hospitality company behind Maui Resort Rentals and Beachview Rentals, has announced the appointment of Nikki Golden as Director of Experience. In her new role, Golden will oversee Guest and Owner Experience while helping establish a unified service model and experience standards across the growing Dream Resorts portfolio.

Golden brings 23 years of luxury hospitality experience to Dream Resorts, including roles with Inspirato, Exclusive Resorts, and most recently, Airbnb Luxe. Her extensive background in high-end travel and hospitality adds depth to the Dream Resorts leadership team as the company continues to strengthen and scale the level of service it delivers to guests and property owners across its brands.

As Director of Experience, Golden will be responsible for developing and implementing experience strategy across Dream Resorts’ operating locations. Her role will focus on bridging service models, establishing consistent standards, and enhancing the guest and owner journey while preserving the local expertise and personal service that distinguish each Dream Resorts brand.

Golden is based in Lake Tahoe, California, and will spend time onsite at Dream Resorts operating locations, working closely with local teams and leadership to align service standards and support their implementation across the portfolio.
