TopTenRealEstateDeals.com has compiled a list of the top 10 “coolest” beach homes for sale in the US and a Kapalua property is number seven.

The 6,631-squarefoot, two-story house is located in West Maui’s Kapalua Resort at Oneloa Bay. It is the only Hawaii property on the list, with a majority of the homes on the list located in Southern California.

The home, designed by architect Jeffrey Long, features 6 bedrooms, 6.5 bathrooms, a chef’s kitchen, 3-car garage and 120 feet of beachfront.

The property is listed by Patricia Choi of Choi International Realty at $20.88 million.
