Maui United Way raised just under $1 million over the past year during its annual campaign, which drew the participation of more than 350 businesses and more than 450 volunteers, said president and CPO Laksmi Abraham.

The estimated increase on Maui for a customer that uses 600 kWh per month is $4.90; and the estimated increase on Lānaʻi and Molokaʻi for a customer that uses 400 kWh per month will be $3.27, according to the PUC.
