A brush fire in Waikapu burned a small one acre area of dry brush near Waiko Road on Sunday afternoon.

Authorities say four men were aboard the 25-foot fishing boat when the incident occurred. The incident was reported at 2:49 p.m. about 200 yards offshore.

Motorists can expect a delay in travel as traffic resumes its normal flow.
