ʻUlupalakua Ranch welcomes the Maui community to join in the holiday spirit this Saturday, Dec. 13, at the Second Annual Christmas in the Country—a festive, family-friendly celebration in the field behind the ʻUlupalakua Ranch Store from 10 a.m. to 3 p.m.

ʻUlupalakua Ranch will host its second annual Christmas in the Country community celebration on Saturday, Dec. 13, bringing together Maui residents and visitors for a full day of holiday spirit, community gathering and country fun. The event runs from 10 a.m. to 3 p.m.

This year’s Maui AgFest & 4-H Livestock Fair was a community affair that not only celebrated the agricultural industry, but benefited many other industries on Maui as well. From the local business suppliers who equipped the event, to the nonprofit beneficiaries who provided labor, to the farmers and vendors who sold their goods, Maui County Farm Bureau (MCFB)’s 16th signature event was a successful team effort with blockbuster attendance of more than 7,500.

All rain gauges in Maui County saw below average rainfall in December, while three locations — Kula Branch Station, ʻUlupalakua Ranch, and Māhinahina — had their lowest December totals on record, according to a monthly rainfall report by the National Weather Service.
