Wailuku Man Arrested for Alleged Manslaughter in Deadly Traffic Crash
A Wailuku man was arrested for his alleged connection with a fatal motor vehicle crash that claimed the life of a Lahaina woman late last year. Police say 33-year-old Anthony Souza IV was indicted and arrested on a warrant on Friday, Nov. 21, 2014 at 8:17 a.m.
