Conservation-minded steward sought as future buyer for Maui’s Hāna Ranch
The company plans to work with a local nonprofit conservation group and future buyer to preserve the land’s agricultural legacy and historic ranching tradition in perpetuity. In advance of the sale, Bio-Logical Capital has dedicated six land parcels near Pā‘ani Mai Park to the County of Maui for affordable housing.
