Honoapiilani reopened following brush fires below Kapalua airport & below Lahaina Fire Station

4:30p 8/8/10 Honoapiilani Hw (30) is now OPEN in both directions. Fires below the Kapalua Airport and just below the Lahaina Fire Station have both been deemed under control. ‎3:30p 8/8/10: Honoapiilani Hwy closed @ mp27 Due to brushfire mauka of Hwy,below Kapalua airport, traffic rerouted via Lower H-piilani Rd.
