Kamaʻāina artists selected for climate change action residency

Four artists have been selected as the state of Hawaiʻiʻs Climate Artists in Residence, the Department of Land and Natural Resources announced Tuesday.

Youth invited to engage in climate summit at the Hawaiʻi State Capitol

Keiki, teens and young adults are encouraged to attend the Youth Climate Summit on Saturday at the Hawaiʻi State Capitol. Students will engage with policymakers, community and government organizations, as well as other youth leaders to promote climate policy action in Hawaiʻi.

Climate conference and events highlight Hawai‘i Climate Week 2024

Starting this weekend, federal and state agencies, local groups and individuals will come together for Hawai‘i Climate Week (March 23 through 31), hosting a series of events that underscores the importance of taking action and supporting efforts to build a climate-ready Hawai’i.
