While number of sales are down for homes, condo and land on Maui, the median prices all went up, $740,000, $522,000 and $495,000, respectively.

Maui Home sales were down, and prices were up in February with a total of 63 homes sold for a median of $672,575, according to the Realtors Association of Maui.

Home sales on Maui were down in January from the month before with 65 homes sold for a median price of $655,000, according to the Realtors Association of Maui.

Maui residential, condominium, and land sales declined for the month of May 2012, according to figures released today by the Realtors Association of Maui.
