Drain line replacement work to begin on Honoapiʻilani Highway
The Hawaiʻi Department of Transportation is advising highway users that work will begin next week to replace a drain line underneath Honoapi‘ilani Highway (Route 30).

A portion of the westbound lane of Dickenson Street between Waineʻe Street and Honoapiʻilani Highway in Lahaina will be closed Wednesday, March 22 from 8:30 a.m. to noon while work is done on a new water service line.
Motor Vehicle Accident Damages Utility Pole in Lahaina Town
Maui police say the Honoapiʻilani Highway is closed between Dickenson and Prison Street; and Prison Street is closed between Honoapiʻilani Highway and Waineʻe Street due to a motor vehicle collision which damaged a telephone pole. Traffic will be affected in these areas. Motorists are advised to use alternate routes.
