Committee Unanimously Supports Removal of Don Guzman as Prosecuting Attorney

A unanimous 9-0 vote was cast today supporting the Mayor’s request to remove Maui County Prosecuting Attorney Don Guzman amid allegations of workplace violence. 

Mayor Appoints Guzman as Acting Prosecuting Attorney

Mayor Michael Victorino appointed Don Guzman as acting Prosecuting Attorney for the County of Maui, effective March 1, 2019.
