Sugarcane expert will teach you all about the indigenous crop at free workshops
Two free in-person educational workshops focusing on Hawaiian sugarcane will take place on the island of Maui in February. The workshops feature Dr. Noa Lincoln, assistant professor of Indigenous Crops at the University of Hawaiʻi at Mānoa and author of Kō: An Ethnobotanical Guide to Hawaiian Sugarcane Cultivars.
