Fork & Salad is launching its second eatery on Maui just in time for summer. The Kahului location at the Pu‘unēnē Shopping Center will open its doors Friday June 1, with a Hawaiian blessing and farmer meet-and-greet.

After just 15 months in business, Fork & Salad will be opening another restaurant on Maui, likely by next Spring.
