Green Party of Hawaiʻi State Convention planned for June 21
The annual Green Party of Hawai’i State Convention will be held on Saturday, June 21, 2025, from 1 to 3 p.m. via ZOOM. Opening will be Jim Albertini, from the “Malu ʻĀina, Center for Non-Violent Education & Action” as guest speaker, followed by the election of State party officers, delegates and alternates to the Green Party of the United States National Committee.
Green Party of Hawai’i State Convention set for June 29 on Maui
The annual Green Party of Hawai’i (GPH) State Convention will be held on Saturday, June 29, 2024, via Zoom or in person from noon to 3 p.m., at the Kīhei Villages Clubhouse (140 Uwapo Road). A lunch meet and greet from noon to 1 p.m., followed by guest speakers and the election of state party officers, delegates and alternates to the Green Party of the United States National Committee (GPUS-NC).

Two candidates for public office are testing political waters and saying they aim to help address Maui’s housing crisis, especially in the wake of the August wildfires.
Green Party Hawaiʻi regains ballot access in time for 2024 election
The Green Party Hawai’i announced that it will be on the ballot for the 2024 election. Green Party of Hawaiʻi’s first candidate to benefit from ballot access is Jackie Keefe, of Maui, who is running for State Senate seat in District 6.
