Dancil Sends Letter to Chief Justice Nakamura

Kula resident Richard Dancil, who has been leading the legal challenge against the county-co-sponsored Halloween event in Lahaina this year, has filed another appeal.

The arrests included three instances of disorderly conduct, 16 drug related offenses, and four drinking violations, according to Maui Police Lt. Ricky Uedoi from the Lahaina District.
