West Maui keiki ages 5 to 15 are invited to participate in the inaugural Kā‘anapali Keiki Fishing Tournament End of Summer Bash on Saturday, Aug. 22, at the Kā‘anapali Golf Courses Water Features.

A partnership including the Hawaiʻi Department of Health and nonprofit providers will bring coordinated mobile medical care and social services to the North Shore of Oʻahu, where residents are recovering from damage caused by massive flooding from kona low storms over the past two weekends.

The Hawai’i State Department of Health has introduced the Safe Sleep Hawai‘i webpage to provide information and resources for parents and caregivers, emphasizing the importance of safe sleep practices for infants.
