Roots Reborn launches “Our Financial Future” program to support immigrant wildfire survivors on Maui

Roots Reborn, a nonprofit disaster response organization dedicated to supporting the migrant and immigrant communities on Maui, announced the launch of “Our Financial Future,” a financial education and aid program for migrant and immigrant survivors of the 2023 wildfires.

Maui Relief TANF immigrant families’ intake by appointment set 

Assistance for immigrants with dependent children to apply for the Maui Relief TANF Program will be available from 5 to 8 p.m., Thursday, Nov. 2, at Maui Economic Opportunity in Wailuku.

Maui Immigration Sessions to Cover Employment, Naturalization, Green Cards

Information Sessions run from June 25 to June 27 at various locations in Central and West Maui, and will cover: employment eligibility, green cards, naturalization, petition for relatives and other important topics for the immigrant community.

The County of Maui Division of Immigrant Services will host information sessions to assist the public in immigration issues including those related to green cards and naturalization.
