Oklahoma wins third straight Kā‘anapali Classic on Maui
Building upon their five-shot lead after the second round, No. 2 Oklahoma became the first team to win three consecutive Kā‘anapali Classics, as well as the program’s fifth title on Maui (2015, ’19, ’22, ’23, ‘24) since the event’s inception.
Seven teams within nine strokes of lead heading into final round of Kā‘anapali Classic
Led by three Sooners in the top 11, No. 2 Oklahoma (-31) holds a five-shot lead over No. 52 Kansas (-26) after the second round of the tenth annual Kā‘anapali Classic. North Florida and No. 67 Indiana (-25) are tied for third. No. 32 Colorado (-24), No. 5 LSU (-23) and No. 26 Georgia (-22) round out the top seven in a stacked leaderboard.
2024 Kā‘anapali Classic to raise funds for Maui wildfire survivors, Nov. 2-4
After breaking the University of Hawai‘i scoring record in last year’s tournament, the Rainbow Warriors are returning to compete in the 2024 Kā‘anapali Classic, Nov. 2-4, 2024 at the Royal Kā‘anapali course in West Maui. Two of the top five NCAA Division I men’s golf teams will headline the field.
