Pedestrian Killed in Honoapiilani Hwy Accident on Maui

The unidentified pedestrian had no local address and was crossing the highway in an unlit area, when he was struck by a vehicle headed South on the Honoapiilani Highway.

Honoapiilani Hwy Now OPEN Following Major Traffic Accident

The Honoapiilani Highway is now open in both directions. It was temporarily closed at around 8:30 p.m. due to a motor vehicle accident between Kenui and Keawe Streets.
