A Wailuku woman suffered fatal injuries in a single vehicle crash on Waiehu Beach Road early this morning. Police have since identified the woman as Jamescy Akahi, 37, and say she was a passenger in the vehicle.

Today, November 30th, 2012 at 8:45 a.m., police say wanted person Charleston Koko voluntarily arrived at the Wailuku Police Station for questioning. Maui Police Lt. Wayne Ibarra said Koko was questioned and released. Further details are pending release.
