$33 million beachfront estate in Wailea-Mākena to auction

A beachfront estate in Wailea-Mākena, Maui, Hawaii, is set to hit the auction block next month via Concierge Auctions. The estate, 4610 Mākena Road, is listed at $33 million and will be presented in cooperation with Nancy Callahan of Coldwell Banker Island Properties and Paul Stukin of Deep Blue HI.

County real property tax sale of delinquent properties set for May 21

The County of Maui Department of Finance will hold a real property tax sale on Tuesday, May 21, 2024, to auction off properties that have been delinquent for three or more years and have received a final notice of tax sale. The sale will continue on Wednesday, May 22, 2024, if necessary. 

St. Anthony School to Hold Hybrid Fundraising Event This Saturday, Nov. 14

St. Anthony School will host its 2020 fundraising gala in a hybrid – in-person and online – format on Saturday, Nov. 14 from 12 to 2 p.m. The virtual portion of the event is free to stream and will allow guests to participate in what is usually a 200 person event at the King Kamehameha Golf Club. The in-person portion of the fundraiser consists of a limited seating, VIP luncheon at the new Wailea Kitchen.
