Noodle Ride Reminds Drivers How to Pass Cyclists

The convoy, organized by the Maui Bicycling League, traveled 12 miles between Kahului and Pāʻia to raise awareness on Hawaiʻiʻs 3-Foot Passing law that was passed just last year.
