Single-family home sales fall 30% in April; condo sales up 4.5%

Single-family home sales on Maui dropped sharply in April while the condominium market posted a modest year-over-year gain, according to data released Thursday by the Realtors Association of Maui.

Maui Home Prices Up and Condo Prices Down for March

The median price of homes sold on Maui was up $96,425 (+14.3%) from February and the median condo price was down $75,000 (-16%) from February.
