Kaiser Permanente is planning to reopen two clinics, including the Kīhei clinic, and expand hours at two others that were temporarily closed during the pandemic.

The Maui Memorial Medical Center, Kula Hospital, and Lānaʻi Community Hospital officially transferred operations to Maui Health System today.

The Hawaiʻi Health Systems Corporation’s Maui Region issued a followup announcement saying they still have openings for permanent full time and part time positions at all of their health care facilities in Maui County.

Kaiser Permanente has hired seven new care providers for its facilities, including a pediatric hospitalist and family medicine physician on Maui.
