#Maui median sales price

Maui County real estate continued to be a sellerʻs market for August 2021, with 121 single family homes selling at a median sales price of $1,040,000, a 30.2% increase from a year ago but $5,000 less than last month, according to statistics from the REALTORS Association of Maui.

April 2021 was another strong month for home sales on Maui, with the median sales price for a single home increasing 30.3 percent from a year ago to $983,500 and for condominium homes the median sales price increased 15.4 percent from a year ago to $695,000, according to the latest report from the REALTORS® Association of Maui.

While Maui tourism is struggling to climb to pre-pandemic levels of a year ago, the Valley Isle’s real estate industry is surprisingly booming with a record high $980,000 median sales price for January.
