#Merriman’s Restaurants

Peter Merriman created a customized brew called “Pete’s Island Wheat” that will be exclusively offered at select Merriman’s Hawaiʻi and Handcrafted restaurants. In partnership with Kohola Brewery, a portion of the sales will be donated to the Polynesian Voyaging Society.

Merriman’s Restaurants joins celebrated chefs Sheldon Simeon and Mark “Gooch” Noguchi in hosting two dinners to benefit the Hawaiian Islands Land Trust.

Merriman’s Restaurants has announced that Merriman’s Culinary Scholarship will include students on Maui and Kauai, starting in the 2016-2017 school year.

Starting August 1, Merriman’s Restaurants will offer a daily “Sustainable Seafood Special” consisting of a 3-ounce piece of wild Hawaii-caught fish paired with 3-ounces of locally-raised seafood or fish.
