Maui High’s Hall of Honor was created in 2011 and annually recognizes individuals with ties to Maui High School who have made outstanding contributions to the legacy of our school and to our school community.

The annual Maui High School Annual Hall of Honor event, originally scheduled for Sept. 22, 2020 in Waikapū, is officially cancelled, according to an announcement issued this morning by event chair Edward Garcia.

The Maui High School Foundation is now accepting nominations for its 6th Annual Maui High School Hall of Honor Awards for 2016.
MHS 5th Annual Hall of Honor Awardees Named
The list includes Wilson P Cannon Jr.’37, President of Bank of Hawaii; Shan S Tsutsui ’89, Lt. Governor, State of Hawaiʻi; Spencer S. Shiraishi ’45, founder and coach of Maui Swim Club; and Odell Marinia, Maui High Track and Field Coach of 36 years.
Vickers and Mink Honored Posthumously in Maui High Hall of Honor
Late Congresswoman Patsy Mink and Maui war hero, Kraig Vickers were among six people honored this week as part of Maui High School’s inaugural Hall of Honor. The event kicked off the 40th Anniversary celebration of Maui High School’s Kahului Campus.
