Remains found on Molokaʻi, identified as missing Kaunakakai man
Maui police have identified remains found at a Kaunakakai residence on Molokaʻi in March as that of Timothy Webb, 77, of Kaunakakai. Police investigated the discovery of human remains at the home on Friday, March 22, 2024. Webb was reported missing the previous month, on Thursday, Feb. 29, 2024, by a concerned acquaintance who had not heard from him since December 2023.

Over the course of about three minutes, officers are heard instructing the suspect over 70 times to drop a machete, and 29 times to move back.
