Mākena Golf & Beach Club to host benefit supporting Maui’s reefs and coastal waters

Mākena Golf & Beach Club will host Hānau Kana, He ʻākoʻakoʻa, Puka (Born was the Coral, It Rises), a benefit dinner celebrating Maui’s reefs, coastal waters, and the community efforts working to protect them. The special evening event will take place Saturday, June 27 from 6 p.m. to 9 p.m. at Mākena’s Nāulu Farm.

Pilina ʻĀina: seed & plant workshop launches community event series in Honuaʻula

Kīpaipai Maui in partnership with ʻĀina Archaeology and the Mākena Golf & Beach Club’s ʻŌiwi Resources & Stewardship Department, will host a free community seed and plant workshop on Sunday, Sept. 14.

Kanaloa Kahoʻolawe fundraising farm dinner at Mākena Golf & Beach Club 

Mākena Golf & Beach Club will host I Ola Kanaloa, a fundraising dinner event honoring local organizations Protect Kahoʻolawe ‘Ohana and Kahoʻolawe Island Reserve Commission for their work towards supporting Kahoʻolawe.  All proceeds from the event will benefit the honorees.  The event will be held on Saturday, Dec. 14, 2024, from 5 to 8 p.m. at Mākena Golf & Beach Club’s Nāulu Farm.

Watershed Fundraising Farm Dinner at Mākena Golf & Beach Club, Sept. 7

Mākena Golf & Beach Club will host Ulu Mai he Wai, a fundraising dinner event honoring local organizations, Kula Community Watershed Alliance, Uhiwai O Haleakalā, and Mauna Kahālāwai Watershed Partnership, for their work towards supporting Mauiʻs watersheds.  All proceeds from the event will benefit the honorees.  The event will be held on Saturday, Sept. 7, 2024, from 5:30–8:30 p.m. at Mākena Golf & Beach Club’s Nāulu Farm.
