Former Sportscaster and Lahainaluna Graduate Accepts Plea Bargain in Federal Conspiracy Case
Russell Yamanoha, a former television sportscaster, current Honolulu Authority for Rapid Transportation spokesman and Lahainaluna High School graduate, pleaded guilty to one charge of conspiracy today as part of a plea agreement with the U.S. Attorney’s Office.

State Representative Angus McKelvey, who represents District 10 that includes West Maui, Māʻalaea, and North Kīhei, pleaded no contest today in district court for failing to file a complete and accurate candidate committee report and allowing an unauthorized person to receive and disperse campaign funds.
