Road repair work and the installation of raised crosswalks and speed tables will close one lane in various areas on Waiehu Beach Road (Route 3400) from Monday, Dec. 8 through Friday, Dec. 12, from 8:30 a.m. to 3 p.m.

The Hawai‘i Department of Transportation completed emergency road repairs on Kamehameha V Highway (Route 450) on Moloka‘i and is reopening the eastbound lane at mile post 18.7 near Waialua Stream on Tuesday, Oct. 7.
South Kīhei Road reopens ahead of schedule following repairs from January flood event
Part of South Kīhei Road between Wailana and Kaonoulu streets was reopened ahead of schedule at 3 p.m. Friday, according to the County of Maui Department of Public Works. The area was severely damaged by recent floodwaters.
Motorists advised to slow down when traveling east on Kaʻahumanu at Lono Ave.
The Hawai‘i Department of Transportation advises the traveling public to slow down while traveling east on Ka‘ahumanu Avenue when approaching the Lono Avenue intersection. The pavement at the intersection was damaged by a water main break Saturday night. The road surface is uneven and rough.
Landslides, road damage leaves portions of Piʻilani Hwy in East Maui impassable
Heavy rainfall in East Maui overnight triggered landslides and roadway damage that have closed multiple sections of Piʻilani Highway between mile markers 19 in Kahikinui and mile marker 39 in Kīpahulu.
