Local retailer, Maui Thing, is hosting a holiday charity drive, with full proceeds going to A Keiki’s Dream – Sick Children Fund to directly help three island keiki.

The Sulunga-Kahaialii ΄ohana of Napili was chosen to participate in an early holiday celebration and a dream day to remember. The family’s 11-year-old Sina, who is in need of a life-saving kidney transplant, has been under close medical care since April, 2012.

The “Save Our Sina” campaign is a benefit for Anamaria “Sina” Sulunga who fell ill last week, collapsing at home on Wednesday.

A fundraiser is planned on Tuesday night to raise funds for an 11-year-old Lahaina girl who is in need of a life-saving kidney transplant.
