State Warns of Text Scam Targeting SNAP Recipients
The Hawaiʻi Department of Human Services is warning Supplemental Nutrition Assistance Program (SNAP) recipients and the general public, after receiving a report from the US Department of Agriculture of possible SNAP Fraud attempts.
