The ex-boyfriend of a missing Maui woman entered a not guilty plea in court today after being indicted for the murder of Carly “Charli” Scott.

The ex-boyfriend of a missing pregnant Maui woman was arrested again, this time on suspicion of terroristic threatening. Maui police say Steven Capobianco was arrested, but had not been charged as of Monday afternoon.

The District Court, which handles misdemeanor and traffic cases, dismissed the case on their level, and new felony charges were filed in Circuit Court. Sheriffs executed the new warrant and had set Capobianco’s bail at $25,000.

Maui police have confirmed that Steven Capobianco was arrested today in connection with a burglary case, that is not related to the Charli Scott homicide investigation for which he has been named as a person of interest.
