Police Investigate Burglary at Eddie Tam Complex Parks Division Facility in Makawao

The Maui Police Department is requesting assistance from the public regarding an ongoing burglary investigation. Between Saturday, Oct. 16, 2021, at around 9 p.m., and Sunday, Oct. 17, 2021, at 6 a.m., an unknown person(s) broke into the secured area of the County of Maui Parks Division at the Eddie Tam Complex in Makawao and stole multiple items from within.

Arrest Made in Vehicle Break-in at ABC Store, Kīhei

Police say the male was found to be in possession of items that were taken from the truck. The male was identified as Miguel Washington, 28, of Kīhei, according to department reports.
