County postpones Holomua Kākou Lānaʻi events after tsunami warning
County of Maui Holomua Kākou events that were scheduled for Wednesday, July 30, and Thursday, July 31, 2025, on Lānaʻi have been postponed following a statewide tsunami watch, warning and advisory that have since been canceled.
“All Clear” on Maui: Tsunami Advisory canceled for Hawaiʻi
The tsunami advisory has ended for the state of Hawaiʻi effective at 8:58 a.m. HST. Tsunami wave heights across the state are now below advisory levels and are continuing to diminish.
