The Hawaiʻi Department of Health, Office of Medical Cannabis Control and Regulation issued two notices of violation and orders to registered manufactured hemp product retailer Island Smoke and Vape, located at 505 Avocado St. in Wahiawā, for allegedly refusing to permit inspections authorized by Hawaiʻi law.
