Mayor Proclaims “Willie K Month” in June

The month of June 2021 has been proclaimed “Willie K Month” in the County of Maui. Maui Mayor Michael Victorino issued the proclamation on Friday, May 28, 2021 during a press briefing, recognizing the legendary musician.

Celebration of Life Planned for the Late Willie K

The Kahaialiʻi ʻOhana will hold a Celebration of Life for William Awihilima Kahaialiʻi on Tuesday, May 18, 2021 at Wahikuli Wayside State park in West Maui from 2-4 p.m.

Willie K and Band Headline July 4th at Mulligans On The Blue

Willie K and his full band will headline the July 4th event at Mulligans On The Blue in South Maui.  The show includes opening guest Kaleo Phillips and takes place from 5:30 to 8:30 p.m.

Mahalo Uncle Willie K Star-Studded Benefit Concert, April 21

Benefit concerts will be held on 3 islands to help compensate for the lost income and health expenses resulting from Willie K’s recent lung cancer diagnosis.
