What’s not to love about Star Noodle? The Lahaina restaurant offers the best value for quality house made noodles and Asian specialties. Menu stunners include the charbroiled Miso Salmon, Seafood Dynamite featuring scallops, shrimp, fish and yuzu dynamite mayo, and desserts like mango pudding and Star Made ice creams.

But the real star of the show is Star Noodle’s selection of noodles. And aside from great quality, these dishes also come to patrons at a reasonable price. Star Ramen for instance, combines pork broth with roast pork, poached egg and bamboo shoots on a heap of noodles all for just $9. The Kim Chee Ramen offers kim chee chicken dashi, roast pork and sprouts also for just $9. Other tasty options include Buckwheat Soba, Singapore Noodles and Lahaina Fried Soup.

Open for lunch and dinner, Star Noodle also features a full sake bar for those who appreciate the rice-based drink, ranging from Gekkeikan Black & Gold to Hou Hou Shu Sparkling Sake. And if you like your sake with a twist, sample one of their sake cocktails like the Asian Pear, fresh asian pear muddled in pear vodka, sake and lime sour or the Sweet Tea Cooler, sweet tea vodka, shochu, muddled lemon and Sprite.

While supplies last, Star Noodle is also offering an eco-friendly promotion to guests who order takeout. For every order over $30, the eatery is giving away a free Star Noodle bag. Next time you order takeout, bring along your bag and you’ll receive an extra 10% discount on your order.

Find Star Noodle in Lahaina Business Park, 286 Kupuohi Street, open from 10:30am to 3pm for lunch and 5:30pm to 10pm for dinner.
