Looking Ahead
A series of weak fronts are expected over the next several days. The end result will be intervals of land and sea breeze weather peppered with periods of light to moderate trade winds. Volcanic haze will linger, temporarily thinning or clearing during the brief bouts of trade winds. Total rainfall is forecast to be light.
Today
Saturday is expected to remain a bit hazy here in Maui County. Scattered morning showers are forecast for windward and mauka areas with isolated leeward showers. East winds are expected around 15 mph. On Sunday, we expect the same type of weather but less haze and breezier winds out of the east from 15 to 20 mph. High temperatures from 80° to 85°.

Tonight
Northeast winds are expected around 15 mph tonight with winds picking up for Sunday night in the 15 to 20 mph range. Scattered windward and mauka showers are forecast with isolated leeward showers. Low temperatures from 69° to 74°.
